Feminist Design Power Tools is an example of pedagogical practice in which the
manifesto, as material and instruction-in-use, is developed as a tool for acting politically in
(design) situations. As such, the manifesto was explored as one of several ‘feminist
design power tools’ developed in an Architecture and Gender course developed and taught by Hélène Frichot with Helen Runting (SE) at the School of Architecture at KTH Royal
Institute of Technology in Stockholm in 2013.
